All orders are shipped between 2-4 working days from when your order was received. All parcels are shipped from Brisbane
Standard postage 3- 5 business days
Express postage 1 -3 business days
All packages will have a tracking number that will be sent to you

If your parcel does not arrive please start by reaching out to your local post office
to check if it there.
If parcels have been lost or stolen then an enquire and claim will be made through Australia Post , this can be a long process, Please be patient and we will do our best to follow up and find your parcel.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns (no refunds or exchanges). Due to the nature of our business, please be aware that each piece is a unique, and hand crafted with love and tenderness which may be slightly different in colour, size, weight, natural impurities. If you believe the product you received is not safe or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving your order.
