Facilitator Training
Massage & Yoni Mapping for professionals
You're going to learn the sequence and the recipe you need to start learning relaxation massage but you'll also learn how to give your clients the most when it comes to pain relief and understanding their bodies. My two training offerings are designed to explore the building blocks of the body and it's relationship to pain on a physical and emotional level. The massage training brings together gentle techniques that will relieve client pain and discomfort while teaching a deep understanding of muscular, nervous and fascial system as a whole. The Yoni Mapping training includes the relaxation massage training and expands on the relationship between clients and their bodies by combining sexual anatomy and pleasure education with abdominal and internal body work.
With my style of bodywork it’s not about trying to fix my clients issues or solve their problems, my approach is about meeting my clients needs on that day, helping them to relive pain and discomfort with gentle techniques and practice.
It’s my approach to help my clients understand some basic information about there own body and why they might be suffering.
Yoni Mapping & Pelvic Therapy Facilitator training
Did you know that back pain can be a direct result of unhealthy or tight pelvic floor muscles?
Yes, Yoni Mapping is often touted as all about pleasure and increasing the orgasmic experience, and yes, it does do that too - but it's so much more than that. Pelvic floor health underlies so many significant conditions that affect women and can lead to hidden shame, discomfort and all kinds of other nasties.
As practitioners, our job is to help relieve that discomfort and pain as well as connecting people to their bodies, pleasure centres and give them back control over some of their basic body functions.
“Yoni” is the Sanskrit word for both the female genitals and the uterus. It means “sacred space” and “source of all life”. For many reasons, we have become disconnected from the sacred nature of our sex and sexuality which often leads to disease and discomfort. Yoni mapping supports you to reconnect to your body, heal and reclaim your sacred space.
This highly specialised holistic pelvic care for women is designed to gently and safely release physical and emotional tension held within the yoni. This training will complement your work as a bodywork practitioner or somatic sexologist, and be an extraordinary add-on to help you really connect your clients to their source.

Relaxation Massage training
Do you want to learn how to give the best relaxing massages to your loved ones?
Do you want to add massage on to your existing bodywork practice?
Whatever the reason, learning massage is amazingly beneficial for all levels of practice.
After 20 years + experience as a massage therapist and 10 years of teaching remedial massage at a diploma level, I thought it was time to put my skills and knowledge that I have acquired over the years into my own offering and share with you all the special flavour of massage I have personally developed.
This massage course is pre-requisite for the Yoni Mapping Training as the methods I use can vary significantly from what you might already be practicing and some of my techniques that I will teach you in this course are essential for Yoni Mapping effectively. It is also a stand alone course that you can use to supplement your existing bodywork practice or to enhance your skills in touch therapy.
My vision is to teach you a skill that can help you in relieving pain and discomfort for clients in a physical and emotional level. We will learn gentle but effective techniques that will give you clients the relief they are needing.
